This program provides a mechanism dealers can use to purchase discounted quality technician tools as a way to attract new technicians to your shop and help retain them into the future.

Purchase the specially priced Toyota Technician Tool Kit/s and define the parameters for your own custom Toyota Technician Tool Incentive Program, including the conditions for awarding ownership of the tool kit to the technician.
Below are examples of cost share programs to consider:
- Gift the technician with the tool set once they have met criteria set by you
- Request ‘X’ years of service from technician and they can amortize the cost of the tools in monthly payments over those years before awarding the tools
- Share the cost burden with your technician (dealer pays ‘x%’ technician pays ‘y%’) and amortize the technician cost for ‘X’ years as they develop their career
